Booking & Confirmation
To book your trip with The Flapper Life, please follow the steps outlined below. A seat is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial payment.
Initial Payment
Transfer 30% of the journey amount to block your seat. The remaining 70% is due at least 20 days prior to the journey commencement date.
Booking Within 20 Days
If you are booking within 20 days of the trip start date, the full 100% of the journey amount is required to confirm your seat.
Important: Book your travel tickets only after you receive a Confirmation of Journey (COJ) from TFL and the timing preferences for your flight.
Booking Conditions
A trip will be organised if a minimum of 7 Flappers are confirmed to travel.
If the trip is cancelled from our end, the journey amount paid will be refunded in full. Please note that airtickets are not covered. We strongly advise booking flexible tickets through our partnered company - speak to the Flapper Team for details.
If fewer than 7 flappers are confirmed, we may still continue with the journey at additional cost, if requested.
Our trips start from the destination airports and do not include flights. TFL is not liable for any flight-related charges in case of trip changes or cancellations.
A detailed packing list and essentials document will be shared 20 days prior to the journey.
Full payment must be received 20 days before the trip begins. Pending payment may lead to cancellation of your participation.
Cancellation Policy
Wildlife Safaris: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refund will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the notice period.
Experiences
We keep trips flexible so you can enjoy them to the fullest. Any additional activity or place outside the itinerary will be at an extra cost and covered only if the majority of the group agrees.
Air conditioning in vehicles is generally switched off in hill or mountain terrain for the safety and comfort of all travellers. This is at the driver's discretion.
You are booking the full trip. No refunds will be issued for any inclusions or experiences not availed by a client.
Some activities, particularly adventure activities, are kept optional and are offered at an additional cost to those who choose to participate.
No cost trade-offs will be made for inclusions or experiences a Flapper does not wish to avail.
Insurance
"We highly recommend signing up for an insurance policy covering sickness, accidents, theft, and any other mishaps during your trip and adventure."
Speak to the Flapper Team for details on additional insurance coverage.
TFL shall not be responsible for delays or indirectly incurred expenses due to natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, flight delays, landslides, political closures, traffic jams, or any incident outside TFL's direct control.
Injuries, illness, and any related mishaps are not covered under trip costs.
Flapper Etiquette
At TFL, we stand united in recognising the incredible power of women as a force of positivity. Our community is built on mutual respect, kindness, and shared joy.
TFL reserves the right to cancel your participation mid-journey in case of a serious breach of the above etiquette guidelines.
Respect yours and others' time - delays by any one flapper may cause the group to miss planned inclusions. TFL will not be liable for such missed inclusions.
Travellers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. TFL is not accountable for any missing items during the tour.
Please listen to your Flapper Coach for a smooth and enjoyable journey.

Many flappers request twin beds. While we strive to accommodate this preference, it may not always be possible. If this is important to your comfort, please notify us in advance. Allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability at the destination.
Food on the Journey
Stay and meal plans will be as outlined in the day-wise itinerary shared with you. For any special requirements, please connect with the team before the journey begins.
You are welcome to opt for your own meal choices at additional cost if available at the hotel - without disturbing the trip timeline.
Food provided in hotels will be as per general destination standards.
Journeys
Airport pick-up and drop-off are at a fixed location and time as mentioned in the itinerary. Arrivals or departures at different times will incur an additional cost for transfers.
Solo Travel Time: If you choose to venture independently during free time, please inform your Flapper Coach. You will be responsible for your own safety. Any additional sightseeing as a group will be cost-shared among participating flappers - the Flapper Coach will accompany the group but will not contribute to the cost.
Any dissatisfaction or disagreement with service during the journey must be communicated to the Flapper Coach immediately, so we can address it on the journey itself.
